Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 2025

1. Service Agreement

When you engage ByteWrites for services, you agree to our process:

• Free consultation first
• Payment installments based on project milestones:
  • 30% at initial 20-30% draft
  • 30% when 60% of the work is done
  • 30% at final delivery
  • 10% post-revision satisfaction
• Services and deliverables are clearly outlined before project start

2. Payment Terms

• Payments via Wise, Payoneer, Binance, or Direct Bank Transfer
• Invoices provided upon request
• No work proceeds past agreed milestones without scheduled payment
• Final 10% payment due after client satisfaction and project completion

3. Project Timelines & Revisions

• Project timelines shared upon initiation
• Revisions included within agreed service scope
• Additional revisions outside original scope may incur extra charges

4. Confidentiality

All client information, project details, and deliverables remain confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose your information without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

ByteWrites will not be held responsible for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services
• Client-side delays affecting project timelines
• Issues arising from third-party platforms (payment processors, hosting services, social media platforms)

6. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate a project with written notice
• Completed work up to the termination point will be invoiced accordingly
• Any advance payments for incomplete work beyond agreed deliverables will be refunded (if applicable)

7. Legal Information & Disclaimers

• ByteWrites operates as an independent service provider and does not claim ownership over client-provided content
• All service recommendations are advisory and subject to client approval
• Any legal disputes will be resolved under the governing laws of Pakistan
